Shortly before her death, Jane Manning published her new book, Vocal Repertoire for the 21st Century (Oxford University Press, 2020). The volume contains a chapter on my Three Larkin Songs (2003) which she described as, ‘Innate musicality and artistic honesty shine through, in a style that is readily approachable yet never derivative.’
